On 28th of May 2010, Irina Veselova President of Investment Group Planet Capital, visited the 2nd Annual International Business Conference "Planning of International Business: Experience of Europe and Asia", which was held in Tallinn.
Irina Veselova made a report: "Cross-border transactions involving Scandinavian investors". The report contained the information about ways of attracting capital depending on volume of necessary investments and size of the company. There were considered variants of cross-border M&A, IPO, private placement transactions, and the requirements of private and public capital markets for companies.
